CM Home Decor primarily serves Aluva, Kochi, and surrounding regions in Ernakulam, Kerala. For custom sofa deliveries and curtain installations, we handle the transport directly using our secure local logistics fleet to ensure products reach you in pristine condition.

2. Processing & Lead Times

As most of our products (sofas, curtains, window blinds) are bespoke and handcrafted to your specifications, please note our typical lead times:

• Custom Sofas: 10 to 15 business days.
• Curtains & Blinds Stitching/Fitting: 5 to 7 business days.
• Wallpapers Installation: 2 to 3 business days.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

Since our products are custom-manufactured based on individualized measurements, styles, and color codes selected by customers, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part. We encourage reviewing color pickers and dimensions carefully prior to final booking.
